At Home Consultation
Where awesome ideas get talked about! The landscape designer determines a workable financial budget based on the styles envisioned for your project and timing expectations. Costs for professional computer designs are affordable and include time with your designer to provide the best advice supporting your decision-making process along the way.

Site Planning & Design
Once the design fee is paid, we begin gathering measurements of your house, existing structures, trees, utilities, and grade elevations. This data helps create the base plan, which develops into a fully detailed design to scale, showing the location and size of new construction. With steady communication and feedback, a finalized design plan will include full color, plant names, specifications, detailed construction notes, drainage, and elevations. Permits and underground utility locates are secured. Materials are ordered and organized for delivery and placement on-site.

Installation Proposal
Approval of the finalized landscape design by the homeowner(s) and approval of detailed job cost acceptance allows us to proceed. We will then schedule a start date for your project. The contract will outline all deposit due dates based on the percentage of work completed.

Construction Begins!
Our team foreman and project manager will ensure a happy development process. The job site will remain organized during the build, and clean and tidy at the end of each day. Efficient communication and updates will be provided daily until completion. A final walk-through of your new outdoor landscape lifestyle will be done with you and the project manager to confirm all work is of a high standard and meets your expectations. A detailed 3-year warranty is provided.
